Annex: Additional clarifications for platforms such as Mews and Stripe

 

For the purposes of reservation and payment platforms such as MEWS and STRIPE, the User expressly agrees that:

 

(i) Their booking confirmation via digital means, access to the property, and/or use of Pardela’s services constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

(ii) Evidence of such acceptance, along with platform records, may be used as proof to resolve any dispute or chargeback.

 

(iii) All charges are authorized in accordance with applicable law and may not be disputed once the stay has begun.

 

(iv) Any controversy shall be resolved under Mexican law before the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
